At our modern facility in Sheffield we create stunning fitted wardrobes, sliding wardrobe doors and freestanding furniture, including a range of functional modular based storage solutions which are used in both home living and home office environments.

We are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator based in our Sheffield Head Office who will support the Contract Sales team in supporting the sales process for our construction customers.

**Great working environment within an established team and generous benefits Full time hours are 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with an early finish one day of the week, however, flexibility within these hours and part-time hours would be considered.**

**Salary range - £22k to £23k, depending on experience**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working with the Contract Sales team to process and administrate project tenders from quotation to handover to the operational Internal Account Management (IAM) team.
- Raising quotations and preparing customer presentations under the instruction of the Business development team.
- Marking up drawings and plans for preparation for handover to the IAM team
- Arranging and organising all information required to successfully handover projects once confirmed, both for the IAM and Installation functions
- Organizing and arrangement of information to be used on the Companies shared drive.
- Reporting and measuring success and aiding process improvement with the Business Development Managers (BDM) for the quotation to handover process.
- Working with the Continuous Improvement Facilitator to define new standard processes in the contract sales team

**Sales Lead Development**
- Using provided tools (ABI Barbour, Web site, LinkedIn, Property Press etc), create business development opportunities for specific projects being developed and where appropriate pass these to the BDM.
- Mail shot activity for targeted prospect business development categories
- Initiate brand awareness campaigns with Architects, Interior Designers, etc in specified target areas.

**General**
- Assist the sales team with any other sales activity as instructed by the Contract Director

**Skill Requirements**
- Confident and assertive communicator across all mediums.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, and able to work under pressure
- Understanding of the product and construction industry.
- Attention to detail, task focused and accuracy
- Able to work as part of the sales team as well as individually.
- An influencer by nature, able to engage both internal and external stakeholders to be customer centric in their approach to ensure customer satisfaction continuously.
