**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business and support the CEO and Senior Directors across all Personal Assistant responsibilities.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Working alongside the company’s CEO assisting in key day to day tasks in order to help the business run smoothly
- Diary management for the CEO sending reminders for upcoming events and scheduled appointments. Rescheduling appointments and coordinating diaries where required
- Coordinating and organising meetings, including notifications to prospective attendees, set-up, pre-and post-meeting correspondence, meeting minutes and records, and any required follow up
- Arranging and providing administrative support for Board Meetings to include attendance of WI International Board meetings to take concise and accurate minutes
- Provide administration support to all Directors where required
- Drafts reports, letters, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication as required
- Booking travel, hotels, meeting rooms, train & plane travel for Directors, management, and staff
- Assist with organising company events including venue hire and invites

**JOB SKILLS**
- The successful applicant must have a similar level of administrative experience, with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a calm and organised manner
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills
- Must have a high level of proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams etc
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
