**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate sales team activities.
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to the sales team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales strategies.
- Establish work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Resolve operational problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of sales personnel.
- Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present insights to managerial staff.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and other stakeholders.

Team Work:

- Supporting and helping colleagues with their work and getting involved in day-to-day activities as and when required.
- Showing a genuine interest in other people and willingness to help.
- Using initiative at all times.
- Showing flexibility and willingness to meet store needs during the period of employment regarding hours, work and duties.

Communication:

- To communicate effectively with line management on a daily basis to ensure:

- Adherence to all Company policies and procedures e.g. timekeeping, absence reporting procedures etc.
- Maintaining and demonstrating security and Health and Safety awareness - ensure that standards are adhered to at all times.
- Actively supporting and communicating with colleagues, customers, and managers.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Essential Criteria:

- Qualifications:

- Previous sales leadership experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- NQF Level 3 and above.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract, Permanent

Pay: Up to £38,700.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
