We have an exciting opening for the appointment of a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to help develop, enhance and deliver the social media and digital presence of Manchester Arndale.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing & PR Manager, you will support the planning and implementation of our social media and communications strategy, ensuring that all B2C and B2B comms align with the overall strategy and brand values of the centre.

Another key aspect of this role is to act as an in-house design resource, managing the creation and amendment of various assets across print and digital formats.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Digital Marketing and & PR Manager to create engaging and compelling content marketing strategies
- Working with colleagues to ensure SEO opportunities is considered
- Working with centre partners, occupiers and internal teams to create and source visual content to accompany blogs and social media content
- Work as part of a tight-knit friendly team delivering creative and inspiring content
- Work closely with the wider marketing team at Manchester Arndale to plan and deliver exciting events which align with the values of the centre.
- Develop regular digital and social media reports, with the support of your Line Manager, to evaluate success, review key learnings and plan future activity.
- Work with marketing and creative agencies to ensure KPI's are delivered
- Manage and maintain all social media channels
- Manage paid budgets effectively with our external paid social media partner, ensuring the best possible value for money.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns for their effectiveness and demonstrate ROI
- Design assets in both print and digital format, ensuring all communications are identifiable as being from Manchester Arndale in-line with our brand guidelines.

Person specification / requirements- Experience working in marketing / social media / communications or similar role
- Previous experience working in retail, hospitality and/or leisure environments
- Collaborative in nature, building relationships at all levels with ease, including internal customers from site-based teams through to their head office teams
- Strong strategic marketing and brand skills
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
- Pro-active with proven experience of working under own initiative with exceptional results
- Ability to prioritise and co0ordnate demands efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
