HR & Payroll Administrator

Trowbridge, United Kingdom Platinum Motor Group Full time

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with Apprentice programme across the Group
- Co-ordinate employee training such as First Aid and Fire Warden
- Assist employees with holiday booking, password resets and other admin support
- Support with general HR admin, initiatives and projects
- Assist with payroll processing and data entry including weekly timesheets
- Support Payroll Manager with collating and recording absence forms
- Analyse overtime hours & costings
- Collating & journaling payroll figures on a monthly basis

Skills & Experience Required:

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or Payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in maths and numeracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- A calm, friendly and approachable manner with a 'can do' attitude
