**Becoming a Sales Specialist for Motorparks with locations in Warrington, Preston, Bury, Oldham, Chelmsford, Canterbury, Thanet and Ashford**

Our Sales Specialist roles are perfect for people who want to further build their brilliant **people skills** and develop their ability **to build customer relationships**a brilliant opportunity for those who want to develop their knowledge and skills to progress into **automotive sales**.

You will join the **Group’s Sales Excellence Journey**, through the Excellence Hub and Partners to develop your skills and to build your knowledge to deliver an excellent guest experience; undertaking a **Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard** to give you the freedom to develop your own personal flair to excel after 12 months as a fully-fledged **Sales Associate**.

You will progress through the 4 steps in the sales development journey across the 12 months:
**Novice - Intermediate
- Proficient - Emerging**

Learning from the best in the industry
- *You must have a Full Clean UK Driving Licence_

- **Apprenticeship Salary** for the first 12 months of £13,364 _with career progression potential to Sales Associate with all the fantastic salary and commission that this offers. _
