**Overview**

We are currently looking for a number of confident and highly motivated customer service representatives to assist us during our exceptionally busy Christmas period.

Chelsea Peers is the home of Modern Lounging, and comfort is our thing. We want to help our customers live their best lives by feeling comfortable on the inside, as well as the outside. We aspire to do this by creating sleepwear, loungewear, swimwear and accessories that combine super-soft fabrics, diverse sizes and original prints that capture the imagination.

Long gone are the days of separate wardrobes, one for the 9-to-5, one for downtime, and everything else in between. Instead, life is about finding a healthy balance, and our designs have been carefully crafted with this in mind. Modern Lounging prioritises comfort at all times, whether working from home in a hoodie, sipping bellinis on a beach in a bikini, or enjoying an afternoon of self-care in patterned PJs.

When it comes to quality, we strive for excellence in everything we do. Whether selecting only the softest, most resilient fabrics or ensuring our customer service is second to none. Based in our vibrant studio in West London, our dedicated team of designers pour love and attention into each and every product. From the comfy elasticated waistband of our joggers and signature revere collar of our nightshirts to the feeling you get when opening our bespoke packaging.

We are also mindful of the environment and take careful measures to minimise our impact and contribute towards a more sustainable fashion industry. Current steps include using planet-conscious fabrics where possible, a paperless shipment and returns policy, recycled packaging, and a healthier climate initiative with Onetreeplanted.org.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Using Zendesk to view, answer and resolve customer tickets.
- Using internal systems to manage orders & returns (Shopify & Warehouse system)
- Customer Refunds.
- Handling customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback.
- Document knowledge and maintaining customer service records.
- Identifying and notifying any potential problematic trends to management.
- Escalate issues to relevant internal departments

**Skills required**
- 2 years + experience working within a customer service environment
- Business-focused & results orientated
- Zendesk experience is a plus
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
- Flexible, adaptable as and when required to work evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 5 months
