**Required Skills/Experience**
Previous experience of working in recruitment is not important to us, we can provide all of the training you need to become a successful recruiter. However, we do need the following:

- Strong communication skills; a keen interest in people, active listening and the confidence to have engaging conversations with diverse groups of people
- Ambition; the desire to learn and progress within Sanderson
- Resilience; the ability to overcome challenges and the discipline to work towards achieving positive results

**Job Summary**
2022 so far has seen 15 budding Superstars join Sanderson's Development Pathway here in our Bristol HQ However, over the last 12 months we have seen 22 first promotions and 4 2nd promotions from our Trainee hires

We are now on the hunt for our next 6 to to follow the Pathway to success

Through our structured development programme, you will receive all the training you need to get started as well as having the opportunity to learn from our most successful consultants.
**Required Skills Experience**
Previous experience of working in recruitment is not important, we can provide all of the training you need to become a successful recruiter. However, we do need the folowing:

**Additional Information**
Your starting salary will be £20,000 depending on experience, plus competitive benefits package which includes:

- Generous commission scheme with potential to earn from day 1
- OTE: £30,000 -£35,000 1ST 12 months
- 20 days holiday (rising to 25 days) + bank holidays + the ability to buy and sell extra holiday
