Associate Recruitment Consultant

Bristol, with Hybrid available once trained

Rise Technical Recruitment is a leading technical recruiter across the UK, US and Europe. We focus on Engineering, Technology, Construction, Energy and the Public sector. Since 2005, we've grown from a start-up to an international specialist technical recruiter. Our aim is to positively change lives through the organisation of highly motivated resources.

The Role

  • Sales, cold calling, client engagement and identifying opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with clients and candidates
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
