About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top talent for our clients across the UK, US, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  2. Source and screen candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  3. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent and provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
  4. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
