About the Role

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and negotiation
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent and match candidates with job openings
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring timely and effective communication
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proven sales and recruitment experience, with a track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
