Purolite, an Ecolab company, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a **Quality Control Team Supervisor**.

As a Quality Control Team Supervisor you will supervise a team of Quality Control Analysts. This role reports to QC Team Leader. The working schedule consists of 4 days on, 4 days off, 10-hour shifts.

**What you’ll do**:

- Prioritise and plan the day-to-day workload of the QC team.
- Lead Root Cause investigations and OOS investigations.
- Lead the QC team in implementing CAPA’s.
- Ensure work is conducted in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies/procedures, and client requirements.
- Perform routine analysis of finished products in an efficient and effective manner in full compliance with relevant documented procedures.
- Review appropriate QC documents in an efficient and effective manner in full compliance with relevant documented procedures.
- Assist in preparation of technical documentation within the Department, as required.
- Assist in training of others, as required.
- To review analytical and laboratory data within the team for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with documented procedures.

**What you’ll need**:

- Experience working in an ISO: 9001, FDA, MHRA regulated laboratory.
Experience in using FPLC, HPLC, GC, UV/Vis and wet chemistry analytical techniques.
- Experience leading a team is desirable
