Purolite, an Ecolab company, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a **Materials Controller **at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Llantrisant, Wales

Purolite is seeking a **Materials Controller **who will work within the UK operations team and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the Llantrisant site & activities.

**What you’ll do**:

- Raw materials management & planning
- Inventory control - Logging and data management of production materials
- End of week/month/quarterly/annually inventory reporting - drive stock accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement in our inventory control
- Manage the arrival and delivery of tankers on site
- Liaise with Purchasing and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of inventories
- System stock checks e.g. managing raw material volumes
- Scada system utilisation e.g. data gathering in order to create reports
- Inter team communication to make sure the team achieve goals and hit targets
- Forecasting of delivery and collection of raw materials & waste
- Create, manage and divulge waste management reports - weekly
- Liaise with 3rd parties who supply consumables to the business
- Ordering and internal management of manufacturing parts

**What you'll need**:

- Data analysis - high level of attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
- Confident and competent at Microsoft Office essential
- SAP knowledge and experience desirable
- Root cause analysis experience
- Analytic mindset
- Stakeholder management at all levels throughout the business
- Ability to work alongside and influence a multitude of internal teams
- Scada knowledge beneficial but not necessary
