We specialise in manufacturing custom products for businesses using laser cutting and UV printing machinery. We’re looking to hire an enthusiastic customer service associate to liaise with our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Calculating custom quotes and issuing invoices using our system
- After-sales care - reaching out to existing clients to ensure they’re happy with their order, and to explore new products and services with them
No experience is necessary, as all training will be provided. We pride ourselves on the fantastic customer service we provide and the close relationships we build with each of our clients, so it’s vital that you’re outgoing, attentive and thoughtful in your responses.
We’re looking for someone to work part time for 12-24 hours per week (please specify your desired working hours in your cover letter). We’re happy for you to work on a hybrid basis once you’re trained up and confident in your role.

- Has excellent communication skills, with a good grasp of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Is able to work efficiently, especially at busy times.
