Customer Experience Associate. £24,100 increasing to £25,600 within 18 months. Monday - Friday Join a dynamic and supportive team where you’ll deliver exceptional customer service when it’s needed most. My client is looking for strong communicators who excel at problem-solving, adapt to challenges with resilience, and strive to achieve the best outcomes for both customers and the company.

In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload, addressing a variety of customer needs and situations. Your responsibilities will include assessing issues, providing effective solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Understand the customer's situation and assess the issue.
  • Spot potential fraud and report it.
  • Clarify and meet customer needs.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
  • Keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Update customers with empathy and care.
  • Treat customers fairly and stay professional.

Customer Experience Associate Requirements:

  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, following company standards.
  • Manage deadline and time efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes and teamwork.
  • Ensure accuracy with strong attention to detail.
