**Head Of Finance - One Housing Group**

**Fixed Term Contract 12 Months - 35 hours per week**

**Based in Liverpool or London however will need to work in London on Occasions**

**Working Pattern Monday - Friday Hybrid**

- Lead, manage and co-ordinate a disperse Finance team. Actively coach and manage performance of individuals, teams, and departments to achieve the stated objectives of OHG and TRGL and positively impact upon the customers of the Group.
- Act as the financial lead for One Housing Group and its subsidiaries with overall responsibility for managing the day-to-day Finance activities that remain within the OHG Finance function.
- Be the lead business partner, with support from the Group Finance Director and other Group Finance colleagues, for the senior leadership, executive teams, and Board of One Housing Group
- Working with the Group CFO, Group FD, and other senior leaders to understand and influence business results through effective analysis and decision making.
- Work with the Group Finance Director, CFO, Finance Integration Lead, and other key stakeholders to successfully transition all remaining finance activities from One Housing Group to Group Finance over a period of time, improving efficiency and controls where possible.

**So, who are you?**
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with substantial post qualification experience.
- Substantial experience in a finance senior management position within a large, dispersed organisation
- Relevant previous sector experience
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and government regulations
- Extensive staff management experience
- Proven ability to provide inspirational leadership.
- Degree level or equivalent in a related discipline
- Experience of implementing six sigma, lean and or other process improvement methodologies.

**Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the role is the financial lead for One Housing Group and its subsidiaries with responsibility for managing the day-to-day Finance activities that remain within the Finance function. The role will provide leadership and direction to the One Housing Finance function in all aspects of their work, whilst fostering a continuous improvement culture across the teams. The role will act as the key business partner, with support from the Group Finance Director, for the senior leadership, executive teams, and Board of One Housing Group. The role has responsibility for ensuring there are appropriate and robust financial controls, processes, and systems in place. The role has responsibility for managing the financial reporting and cash flow reporting of One Housing Group and its subsidiaries within the Group frameworks. The role will lead and direct key reporting activities on behalf of One Housing Group, working with key Group Finance colleagues, including the budget and quarterly forecasts together with the year end and audit. The Head of Finance will work with the Group Finance Director, CFO and Finance Integration Lead, amongst others to successfully transition all remaining finance activity from One Housing Group to Group Finance over a period of time.**
