We're recruiting a permanent HR Administrator vacancy with our clients based in Harrogate, paying between £18,000 to £24,000 depending on experience.

**Client Details**

Our client is a Consultancy and Research provider with offices based in the centre of Harrogate.

**Description**

Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator will be:

- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and contractual changes.
- Management of employee handbooks and policies
- Liaison with the finance department to ensure all correct payroll information has been received
- Manage and organise the businesses induction process
- Maintain electronic absence and holiday records and to be the main administrator to the online system
- Maintenance of employee details
- Assist with the employee appraisal process and salary benchmarking
- Assist with the recruitment processes and liaise with recruitment agents.
- Management of employee benefits including pensions, health insurance and death in service provision.
- Provide support to the wider business as required

**Profile**
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office and HR online systems
- Experience in a similar Business Support or HR Administrator role
- Excellent IT skills, including working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A high level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy

**Job Offer**
- Hybrid working 2/3 days per week
- Part-time options available
- Salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience
