My Clients in Theale are currently recruiting for a Payroll Supervisor to join their busy, friendly team.

The Payroll Supervisor will be working as part of the payroll team and be responsible for the weekly & monthly payrolls required for around 3500 workers using key payroll software platforms. Working as part of a driven management team and reporting to thePayroll Manager / Directors the role requires a high degree of accuracy ensuring quality financial information is provided and accurate accounting records are maintained in accordance with procedures and statutory obligations.

The Payroll Supervisors main Duties are:

- Operate and maintain the payroll software/systems
- Supervise a team of 2 payroll/timesheet assistants
- Process end-to-end payroll for c.3500 workers a week
- Manage AE pensions
- Reconcile client schedules to payroll imports

The salary for the Payroll Supervisor is between £30,000 & £35,000 and excellent benefits working Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm.
