**About the role**:
The Adult Transformation Team is looking for a full-time Support Officer. You will provide comprehensive support to the Adult Transformation Team, which is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of ambitious, complex and multi-faceted transformation programmes. Our work includes system redesign, remodelling services, behaviour change and delivery of savings.

**You will have the opportunity to assist with the planning, management and delivery of a series of change projects and initiatives in different areas of the care system. Part of your role will be to directly support the Strategic Director and Strategic Lead’s requirements in the day-to day delivery of their administrative and operational functions, this will include diary and meeting co-ordination, being the first point of contact for the Team and supporting senior level meetings.**:
