**Vacancy**:Shopper Marketing Executive

**Your new role**:
Supporting the Shopper Marketing Manager, as Shopper Marketing Executive your primary responsibility will be to forge and lead meaningful relationships with agencies, retailers and internal key stakeholders. You will gain strong shopper and retailer insightand have a great understanding of the brand strategy and objectives.

Other duties as Shopper Marketing Executive will include but not limited to:

- Develop key shopper marketing initiatives both in-store and online, aligned to brand and retailer strategy.
- Develop E-commerce strategy, understand new ways of delivering through activity and build plans with new media, always pushing boundaries for excellence.
- Project management of the Shipper Process, understand relevant retailer shipper guidelines and build relationships with key customer contacts to ensure you’re the 'expert’ on their processes internally.
- Work with cross functional team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Work on annual activation calendar to plan and execute opportunities
- Update business quarterly via various channels in the business
- Build and lead relationships directly with both internal stakeholders and external customers
- Audit key accounts and based on findings build a plan to enhance our merchandising and display capability.
- Drive Shopper Marketing Return on Investment
- Set up and monitor activity tracker by account
- Budget management, ensure that campaigns are run to budget and forecast is accurately planned
- Complete regular store checks
- Stay current with new ways of shopping and adapt our activation plans accordingly

**Skills and experience required**:
The successful Shopper Marketing Executive will already be an experienced Shopper Marketing executive with the ability to translate shopping behaviours into actions and develop strategic shopper marketing options. You will understand retailer dynamics andbe confident working and interacting with agencies, customers, colleagues and experts, including presenting findings. Flexibility to travel to other production and customer sites across the UK is essential so ability to drive is essential. You will also begreat at building relationships and have excellent communication skills together with analytical and project management skills.
