**Role Overview**:
As Healthcare Change Executive you will contribute to the identification of opportunities which improve the customer experience and deliver high quality clinical outcomes, whilst keeping healthcare accessible and affordable.

**What you’ll do**:

- Work as a key member of cross-functional project teams and provide assistance to other teams including analytics, marketing, sales, finance, IS and service operations.
- Support marketing, proposition and sales activity to develop Bupa’s healthcare proposition and differentiation and champion this internally and externally
- Specify, interpret and critically appraise commercial & operational analysis both in the formation of business cases, but also in monitoring performance of initiatives to demonstrate success
- Support management of complex projects including business case formation, healthcare initiative design, communication of proposition and achieving sign off from senior stakeholders
- Demonstrate effective project management including monitoring of key performance indicators and delivery milestones, and effective stakeholder engagement and management.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and build strong, credible relationships with a wide range of internal and external partners to facilitate the successful delivery of care management initiatives **.**

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience of working in projects delivering significant business performance improvement and responsible for the implementation of streams of work to tight timescales
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure and deliver thorough high levels of ambiguity and uncertainty
- Experience of delivering change thorough working across multi-functional teams
- Capability to define and execute analysis requirements and use data to inform decision making
- Experience of presenting to wide range of stakeholders and developing communications materials
- Knowledge and experience of risk management, root cause analysis and incident management
