The relocation package is for anyone who is joining CWP in a clinical role who would need to relocate in order to take up employment with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Community CAMHS Central Team. You would be apart a dynamic team working across our two bases, of Crewe and Winsford.

Band 5 Mental Health Worker to work with colleagues in CAMHS who align closely with the new Mental Health Support Teams, education settings and professionals supporting children, young people and their families. The post involves working directly young people, and their families providing information, advice and guidance through consultation, 1-2-1 therapeutic intervention, and organising and co-ordinating therapeutic groups.

Post qualification experience is preferred.

This is an exciting time for Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services so please come and be part of the development.

This post is a 12 months full-time position covering maternity leave.

**You will have**:
- A high level of enthusiasm and dedication to providing quality, community based mental health services to children, young people, and their families
- Experience in providing interventions & formulations to address the needs of the client group
- Experience of working with children and young people who, due to their mental and emotional health needs, present with a level of clinical risk
- Experience of working under pressure and in a demanding, fast paced environment
- To have the skill to adapt and the flexibility to think on your feet due to the nature of your role
- Access to transport or have the ability to travel to a variety of venues as part of the working day

New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
