Operations Support Administrator

**About Us**
We are a national installation business that installs Insulation, Heating and Renewables measures under the ECO4 scheme. We also complete over 12,000+ property visits a month for a range of services including Gas Heating System Installations, Gas Appliance Servicing and Repairs, Electrical Safety Testing (EICRs), Electric Vehicle Charger Installations and energy surveys.
Established in 2013, with a head office in Beckenham (BR3) and office Preston (PR2) we have grown year-on-year to become a significant competitor for gas, electrical and energy works. With further growth plans we are looking for this role in the Preston Office.
**The Role**:
**The role includes but is not limited to**:
Establishing excellent working relationships with internal and external customers including installers, engineers and the senior leadership team.
Ensuring that payments have been authorised and are of the correct value and any supporting documents such as receipts have been provided.
Ensuring invoices are of the correct value and match to purchase orders and goods received notes.
Ensuring that materials are being ordered correctly for installations to commence on time.
Supporting in generating the weekly payment runs.
Maintaining the current status of installations
Assisting with the management of fleet vehicles
Administration duties as required by the operations team.

Able to use Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Good to balancing differing tasks and priorities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail.
**Package**:
**Salary**: £23,900 per year.
Annual Leave: 20 days plus bank holidays
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
