*** What you’ll be doing...**

This role will involve supporting the leader of the EMEA sales organization within Verizon Business Group. You will interact with a cross functional team on a daily basis to ensure execution of strategic initiatives and actions to achieve business unit objectives in EMEA. You will work closely with our Executive team in EMEA and have an immediate impact on our business by overseeing the execution of our “Go to Market” strategy (and associated initiatives), overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to stakeholders.
- Building excellent collaborative working relationships across the business within EMEA.
- Proposing and assisting with the development of agendas, outlines, newsletters, and internal website content in order to communicate key messages to internal and external audiences.
- Partnering with the EMEA Sales Leader to oversee strategy execution.
- Working with partners and internal sales teams on the evolution of "Go To Market" plans, and to implement the strategic direction of our business in EMEA.
- Managing the production of Executive Deliverables through collaboration and input from multiple business units and leadership teams.
- Developing and implementing a regular process for senior leader employee interactions, including town halls, roundtables and 1:1’s.
- Evaluating executive direction and action items for prioritization, ownership and follow up.
- Working with the Corporate Strategy team to identify future market growth opportunities in EMEA.
- Managing and completing ad-hoc projects that require coordination across teams, influencing teams to meet due dates and building positive relationships.
- Recognizing the criticality of time sensitive requests and adapting quickly to changing priorities.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
*** What we’re looking for...**

You will have proven success in a business management role, with a good understanding and awareness of the network and enterprise communications market, with a special focus on strategy, execution, and communication.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Experience in a Chief Of Staff, Business Management, Project Management, Programme Management, Sales Operations or Sales Leadership role within multinational technology company.
- Experience in working directly with a Leader who holds responsibility for a multi-country region.
- Experience in working with stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Experience in implementing strategic organizational objectives and creating deliverables.
- Experience in working directly with Business Leaders to develop strategies and plans.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- A Master's degree
- Experience in developing or contributing to a “Go To Market” plan.
- Experience in working within sales or sales operations (or a role that involved supporting the sales function).
- Knowledge of financial concepts and business performance indicators.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous success in a business management role which involved putting focus on strategy execution, and communication.
- Understanding of the network and enterprise communications market, with a special focus on strategy, execution, and communication.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
