Job Title: Chief of Staff to the CEO Location: Confidential - Gulf Region
Job Summary:
The Chief of Staff will serve as the primary aide to the CEO, orchestrating the executive office and ensuring the CEO's agenda is effectively implemented. This role demands a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in high-level management or executive support roles, capable of navigating complex global business landscapes and managing interactions with VVIPs, including heads of state and CEOs of major corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Oversee the CEO’s schedule, ensuring strategic allocation of time and resources, and facilitating preparation for all engagements.
Strategic Planning: Lead in the formulation and execution of strategic business plans, acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO in decision-making processes.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the principal liaison for the CEO with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining relationships with key figures such as heads of state and top industry leaders.
Communication: Ensure effective flow of information, upholding the CEO’s vision and directives across the organization and with external partners.
Event and Travel Coordination: Organize high-profile events and manage complex travel arrangements, ensuring impeccable execution and representation of the CEO’s office.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and critical business matters.
Project Management: Lead strategic projects, providing oversight and direction to ensure alignment with the CEO’s objectives and business goals.
Requirements:
A minimum of 20 years of experience in a senior management or executive support role, with a proven track record of working with heads of state, CEOs of large firms, or VVIPs.
Demonstrated leadership in managing high-stakes and complex situations, with the ability to navigate international business environments.
Exceptional organizational, strategic, and analytical skills.
Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities, with expertise in negotiating and relationship-building at the highest levels.
Unquestionable integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Resilient and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic executive setting.
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
