**Role: Chief of Staff**

**About the role**:
The Workforce Learning division brings together QA, Cloud Academy and Circus Street, serving the skills’ needs of companies and branches of government around the world.This role is responsible for working with the CEO and Executive Committee to plan, coordinate and implement key strategic initiatives across the Workforce Learning Group ensuring full engagement, clarity and adoption. These initiatives are project based focusing on high impact and strategic priority to the WL group and stakeholders. The Chief of Staff role is a trusted advisor and contributor to the Executive Committee.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and manage the business and governance cycle for Workforce Learning Group including the Executive Committee, wider leadership meetings, All Hands, key work streams and their regular meeting cycles.
- Work hand in glove to support the CEO directly to prioritise and manage workload freeing the CEO’s time to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Acting as the CEO’s representative to ensure best use of time and provide leadership direction, bridge the gap between levels of the business and enable clear communication.
- Support the CEO and Exec team in all aspects of external relations, including planning for and execution of key business events.
- Work with the CEO to review, design and improve the organisational structure.

**You will be able to demonstrate an ability to**:

- Drive progress and prevent issues before they occur which might include analysing financial information and being a critical friend in assessing what the information shows.
- Drive commercial improvements, using a range of influence, direct management, and project management skills as appropriate, or a blend of all approaches.
- Leveraging your strong business acumen with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Lead with both gravitas and empathy creating cohesion and inspiring others to commit to organisational success.
