**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**:
**Customer Relationship Executive**

Responsible to:
Head of Customer Relations

Salary Expectations:
£21,000 - £26,000 depending on experience plus bonus

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Diligently and professionally process daily customer contacts and their enquiries across different communication channels which vary in urgency and complexity.
- Maintain, update and administrative support for company customer communications media eg. ticketed customer support platform, shared calendars, shared drive, video conferences, etc.
- Liaise and support commercial and operational colleagues in daily fulfilment of customers requests to required high standard of service.
- Administrative support for customer related requirements, including CRM system entry, Service Agreement completion, Works Order and Assignment Instruction support, etc.
- Accurate communication and reporting of company and customer requirements to departmental colleagues, and workers on assignment.
- Administrative support and update of systems security information and documentation to facilitate operational delivery and maintenance of relevant security fundamentals assignments.
- Collating, recording and reporting of customer feedback, and related administrative and statistical support for commercial and quality departments.
- Support booking and process customer orders for routine and reactive maintenance, and systems security fundamentals needs.
- Provide support and cover for departmental colleagues as required.
- Able to work in a hybrid environment split between office and home.
- An open outlook and positive attitude
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and high degree of attention to detail.
- Work well on own initiative and unsupported without need of constant direction and supervision. To be a team player also, and flexible to collaborate with other departments as required.
- A flexible approach to your workload and workplace, and able to balance conflicting priorities.
- Must have an ability to build effective relationships and a high level of enthusiasm for any task in hand - in essence a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Proficient user of Google Drive, Apple hardware and other company IT packages.
- The ability to deal confidently and positively with all levels of staff communication.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and juggle several tasks at once.
- Experience in dealing with highly confidential information and keeping strict confidentiality at all times.
- Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- To be honest, trustworthy and punctual.

Qualifications:

- Good standard of education with excellent written English
- Further/Higher Education in Business or Administration would be an advantage

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
