We are a fast-growing modern Managed Service Provider based just outside Central Brighton, supporting businesses customers with a wide range of technical solutions.
We are looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team, bringing in additional knowledge and skills to server our customers.
As a small MSP this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in 3rd line/projects as well as the day to day 2nd line role. If you have talent and determination then this is the perfect position to help you rapidly accelerate into a carer as a senior IT technician.

**Required Skills**:

- Technical support experience (at an MSP or similar)
- Telephone and Remote support
- Excellent communicator with customers at different levels
- Experience with Office 365
- Mentoring, advising, and working with junior/senior members of the team
- Driving Licence and car
- Great Attitude - we care about our customers. You must love technology, business, people, and delivering the highest quality in customer service
