The Business Channel Optimisation Readiness Lead will support a core element of our Advice Transformation Programme, namely the transformation of our advised business channels (National and Network) and the launch of Quilter Partners.

You will support the Head of Business Channel Optimisation across all 3 pillars, deputising where needed, and will be expected to have end-to-end responsibility for all readiness activity (both internal and external) across all elements of the Business Channel Optimisation programme.

We are looking for someone with strong delivery and analytical capability as well as operational knowledge. This role also requires strong senior stakeholder communication and presentation capability.

Reporting line: Head of Business Channel Optimisation

The Business Channel Optimisation Readiness Lead will focus on shaping all required activity to ensure our business is operationally ready for all the changes delivered through the BCO programme.

You will also be responsible for the creation and delivery of external readiness plans that will ensure our advisers and clients are brought on the journey smoothly.

Key points as follows:

- Build a holistic readiness plan for BCO covering all delivery workstreams (National, Network and Quilter Partners).
- Work with delivery team and business areas to define readiness activities for each BCO pillar and coordinate delivery of these.
- E2E ownership of some specific readiness initiatives especially within the National.
- Support design elements across BCO to ensure operational impacts are taken into account and understood.
- Utilise support from central PMO and the BCO BA pool effectively to drive progress across the readiness workstream.
- Ownership of readiness plans, providing regular updates into BCO/ATP governance (status reports, risks, dependencies etc) and presenting progress at BCO Steerco and ATOC.

In this role you will also work with the Head of Business Channel Optimisation to monitor and resolve potential resource contention, unblock strategic obstacles and risks to the delivery and support resource planning across the programme.
