Join us as a Goal Optimisation Lead
- We’ll look to you to lead the creation and prioritisation of one absorbable and impactful plan for the colleague goal
- You’ll be driving consistency and efficiency across the function’s Colleague Journey framework to enable the continued enhancement of colleague experience across the bank

**What you'll do**:
As a Goal Optimisation Lead, you’ll be optimising the delivery of your assigned colleague goal and associated journeys. This will involve tracking and prioritising deliverables and ensuring these drive improvements and enable the development of those journeys to accelerate the enhancement of colleague experience.

You’ll be developing the colleague goal plan, feeding into the overarching function’s prioritisation and ensuring all across the goal, including the Goal Leadership team, are clear on the prioritisation of work.

Day-to-day, you’ll also be:

- Leading the colleague goal business risk, budgets, headcount, operational support and reporting
- Owning and running the workflow planning processes, creating strategies for the effective planning, monitoring and delivery of the workstack
- Managing the assigned colleague goal’s backlog
- Deploying and ensuring adherence to the goal and journey standards and frameworks
- Supporting governance and change control processes, highlighting any absorbability challenges and potential areas of duplication

- Demonstrable organisation skills and astute attention to detail
- The ability to use data analysis, reporting and insights in order to drive simplification and create efficiencies across systems, processes and budgets
