**Marketing Account Manager**

Location: Northampton

**Salary**: Negotiable

Inbox Recruitment is seeking an experience Account Manager for a creating agency working with B2B and B2C clients

The client is looking for an individual to join the team as an experienced account manager. They are going through some exciting changes is driving some exciting and fast paced growth meaning the need to strengthen and expand their client services team.

**Role requirements**:

- To attend client meetings to ensure you fully understand everything from the brief, the end results, costs, timescales to the communication mechanisms.
- To manage the client’s expectation and ensure they are met, at all times, by meeting delivery deadlines, maintaining an effective relationship and rapport with them.
- To understand and monitor costs with the ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results
- Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client’s business
- To regularly visit our client sites
- Not to be afraid to ask questions and challenge the client when appropriate.
- A good problem solver.
- Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships
- Advise on all aspects of the marketing mix and their deployment to achieve a client’s business objectives
- Produce pitch documents in conjunction with the team and ability to present confidently to clients and prospects.
- Ensure that the Agency is associated with outstanding creative solutions
- Working closely with the Client Services Director
- Ensuring Invoicing is scheduled and carried out in a timely manner.
- You will have an excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to devise and implement strategies.
- Have the responsibility the planning and direction of any marketing campaigns.
- Be able to manage web development projects confidently
- Experience of digital marketing including SEO and PPC (not the delivery of but a good understanding of its role in the marketing mix)
- Manage and deliver tactical campaigns

**The skills you will need**:

- Similar experience gained inhouse or within a Marketing / Creative / Digital Agency
- Excellent client handling and account management skills
- Knowledge across the marketing mix including digital
- Strategic thinker
- Able to translate ideas from clients to creative studio
- Planning and organisational skills
