**Vacancy Description**:
We are looking to appoint an Administration Officer Level 1 to work within the school office team to be responsible for supporting administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the school.

Proven experience in administration is preferred but not essential. You will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal. All applicants must have at least a GCSE qualification in Maths & English (or equivalent) for this role.

It is essential that you have strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and are able to use your own initiative, as well as being able to remain calm whilst working in a busy and
rewarding environment.

You will also need IT skills and be confident using computers. Experience of using Scopay and Arbor is also desirable although training is available.
