**Role Title: Carrier Sales Specialist**
**Location: London Paddington/Newbury**

**Role Purpose...**
We are on a mission to extend our customer base beyond Carrier partners and to meet the requirements of the global OTTs and hyperscalers. We are looking for a sales expert to optimise carrier solutions through Vodafone for the customer. This person will lead locally at C level the relationship management for designated customers, aligning operating companies, affiliates and partners. Responsible for driving profitable margin growth and streamlining business management within the customer set based in Europe and the US.
- With a global remit, you will drive Carrier solutions to this customer segment, focusing on delivering incremental margin, identifying major new sales opportunities, and protection/renewal of existing business. You will be curious about the ever-changing market in which we operate, continuously:
- Driving new business growth, matching customer demand with the Carrier product roadmap
- Working collaboratively with all stakeholders, including Local Markets, to deliver elements of the Portfolio plan
- Working to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives

- Deliver Carrier Services Sales strategy and financial budget and targets
- Relationship management (up to Director/C level)
- Management of non-financial KPI’s like fraud, quality, timeliness, debt and others.
- Business development for wider set of carrier services including VAS solutions
- Accountable for NPS

- Entrepreneurial experience, collaborative approach, part of a highly successful sales team and sales environment
- Significant senior sales capability with a successful track record of strategic influencing and relationship building with CXO level carrier customers
- Deliver on growth-based sales plans
- Proven success in operating within a matrix environment and a record of achieving results through individual track records
- Ability to operate under pressure and to deliver quality to tight deadlines
