**Senior Business Experience Consultant**

**Salary - up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus bonus and benefits**

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Experience Consultant to support our client retention team based in Sale This is an exciting opportunity to support the Bankhall Client Relationship and Retention Manager and Client Relationship Director with the development, maintenance, and ongoing contact strategy for all top tier clients.

You will onboard new and existing firms and conducting the oversight of client activity from the various internal departments for panel allocation, whilst support the Head of Function/ Manager with the training and developing the Client Relationship Team, the roll out of new propositions and the identification of regulatory and business opportunities to support overall Bankhall retention.

**This role offers you the opportunity to**:

- Take ownership for the pricing of all new top tier and existing top tier contracts, whilst following relevant tolerance levels and processes.
- Provide input into the development and usage of the Bankhall Client Relationship Management system, ensuring all departments of Bankhall are effectively supporting the use of the CRM to its full potential.
- Arrange, attend, and manage meetings with key and top tier firms to support client retention and revenue streams.
- Support the retention of existing top tier and key clients through regular and ongoing contact strategy to evidence service delivery, providing insight and added value, maintaining, and developing relationships with wider Bankhall team to support delivery outputs and identifying any potential risks.
- Ownership of the oversight and tracking of all contracted hours and activities, for key clients, as described in SLA agreements and ensure a record is maintained of each and validated against invoicing.
- Develop, build, and own relationships across the different departments, responsible for delivery of client contracts, ensuring that information is accurately recorded and tracked and hold teams to account where relevant, for the delivery of all services against entitlement / requirements.
- Responsibility for managing all aspects of client reporting, producing reports to be used both internally and externally. For those reports prepared for clients, ensuring full adherence to standards agreed as part of contractual arrangements, in particular material outsourcing requirements and SLA delivery.
- Take ownership for the timely and accurate resolution of any client or relationship management queries, as they relate to the complaints in relation to charging, delivery of and reporting of contracted services.
- Act on the MI trends and outcomes to help improve good outcomes.
- Complete ongoing training/development, with support of further qualifications.

- Previous Financial Services experience is essential, ideally with an understanding of Compliance / Regulatory activities.
- Minimum level 3 Compliance and Risk qualification (or equivalent) is required.
- Certificate in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of Wealth products, additional knowledge of Mortgages and Protection would be advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication, partnered with sales / negotiation ability.
- Exposure of working with Directly Authorised firms and their regulatory landscapes would be beneficial.
- Good reporting and MI knowledge.
- A pragmatic approach to prioritise workflow and maintain adviser expectations.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team.
