**Your new company**
I am recruiting for a learning disabilities charity on the Chester / Flint border area. They now have 4 full time openings for passionate support workers to join the team at their multi-million pound sight.
This Flintshire based day centre is run by a well-known social care provider across many parts of England. The centre was purpose built 3 years ago and meets the needs of around 50 service users with profound and multiple disabilities. The centre holds 5 activityspaces including a workshop space, kitchen, sensory room and other multi-use rooms/gardens.
**Your new role**
The role will involve the day-to-day care of service users following a structured day full of different activities to keep the service users entertained. The role is extremely rewarding with an great staff team in place who have a passion for the people theysupport.
**What you'll need to succeed**
The service is looking for someone who has experience of working with disabilities, both learning and physical.
Also you must have the following:

- Right to Work in the UK and provide at least 2 references
- Experience working with adults or children with similar needs

What you'll need to succeed
