About The Role***

We have a vacancy for a Front of House Receptionist to join our team based in Manchester.

This role will be paramount in ensuring all visitors and services users receive an exceptional customer experience.

You will support the building’s landlord and their management team by delivering a 5* meet-and-greet service and by creating a professional and friendly first impression.

Your role will involve managing the ‘front-of-house’ processes, including post, couriers, contractors, general visitors and the associated access and signing-in procedures.

You will need to be have excellent communication skills and experience working in a front-of-house or customer service role.

You’ll work in a friendly, proactive manner using your initiative to find ways of developing the occupiers-experience including managing Lincoln’s social media, community card app and playing an active role in our events and place making planning and delivery.. Our staff have a ‘can do’ approach and will work effectively with letting agents, building management and other property professionals.

The Lincoln Building:
The Lincoln is currently moving through fit outs when complete we will have commercial units and office units, extremely well-regarded multi use property in the heart of Manchester. The Lincoln is a Premier Property and arguably one of the most prestigious and well-regarded sites in Manchester.

**Main Duties**:

- Set up, manage, and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambience reflects the clients’ and tenants’ expectations
- Meet, greet, and manage visitors - ‘become the friendly face of the building’
- Represent the developer/landlord in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Manage couriers, post and all deliveries
- Submit weekly reports on site activity
- Develop effective relationships with clients, agents and contractors
- Ensure that the building reception area is always immaculately presented
- Ensure any vacant space is kept pristine and available for viewing
- Liaison with the property manager and/or facilities manager to help ensure contractors carry out their duties effectively and assist with any other tasks requested
- Report issues and manage these to resolution through the correct process

Additional occupier’s experience (Bespoke to the site)
- Proactively organise weekly promotional events; Pop-up markets, food stalls, charity drives - supporting local businesses as appropriate - Easter, Halloween, Christmas and Summer activities in conjunction with the site management team by way of a weekly events meeting.
- Update regularly Lincoln social media channels and our community app on all site events, news and activities.
- Promote engagement and monitor engagement with the Lincoln Community App.
- Produce posters advertising events, and update site digital screens to keep our tenants updated.
- Identify and promote innovation and continuous improvement in FOH delivery.
- Work with the on site security team to ensure that front of house delivery is always exceptional.
- Work with the wider site team to ensure our customers experience is always 5*.
- Support and/or research and introduce added value services as appropriate and agreed with site management.
- Collaboration with the CBRE Community Engagement Team.
