Job Title: Front of House
Site Location: Colony Jactin House
Contracted Hours: Minimum 40 per week
Annual Salary: £23,000
**Job Role**
The Receptionist role will act as front of house welcoming visitors and dealing with enquiries. It will be key that they act as our brand ambassador as well as have the ability to perform necessary administrative tasks and follow processes & guidelines in keeping with business needs.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Ensure that opening and closing procedures are followed consistently and in line with business opening hours.
- Understand the location and its key amenities and services.
- Provide visitors and tenants with a professional friendly service and make sure sign-in processes and fob allocations are followed at all times.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to community guidelines.
- Ensuring presentation and cleaning standards of the reception area are of a high standard and are in line with the company image.
- Liaising directly with customers and tenants to build relationships and help with any general queries.
- Attend to meeting room clients and ensure rooms are maintained well throughout the day especially if there are back-to-back meetings in the space.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback.
- Utilise systems to alert members of guest arrival.
- Report maintenance issues directly to the Community and Maintenance teams.
- Liaise with the daytime cleaner and Community Manager to maintain high levels of cleanliness of the site throughout the day.
- Assist Manager with onboarding of new members and setting of their access fobs and any other back-of f ice systems required.
- Manage and maintain good housekeeping practices for our access control system (Net2) and keep all users & settings up to date.
- Make sure all fobs are kept in a secure location. They should never be left on the reception desk in clear site.
- Take responsibility for virtual of f ice tenants and their services.
- Processing and distributing mail accordingly.
- Take responsibility for the f ranking system ensuring all rates & users are up to date.
- Processing various property fees (new fobs/keys etc).
- Constantly strive to improve products and standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and carry out instructions given by the management team.
