I am delighted to be working with a well-known organisation based in Newcastle City Centre who is looking for an HR Administrator / HR Assistant to join my client on a temporary basis for 3 months which could be a rolling contract after 3 months.
You will be required to be based in the office for 2 days - 1 day from home and 2 flexible days depending on business needs. Within this role you support on the implementation of operational HR activities and being the first point of contact within HR providingadvice and guidance.
Your duties include:

- Responsible for implementing processes in line with policies and operating procedures
- Responsible for managing queries related to their aligned service area where these cannot be resolved at first point of contact
- Possesses domain knowledge related to their aligned service area to provide high-touch support to their customer group Works as part of a team to provide high quality customer experience
