Job description
Fleet Support Operations, Barnsley are currently recruiting additional Breakdown Co-Ordinators to join their Control Room team. Operating 24/7 in a key industry, Fleet Support provide Commercial Breakdown assistance throughout the UK and Europe.
**The Role**:
- Taking inbound calls and accurately recording information
- Liaising with vehicle breakdown specialists, detailing the issues that have arisen and ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered throughout the process
- Using an in-house IT system to log calls, and all the relevant details
- Being able to work quickly, efficiently and be capable of multi-tasking
- Reporting to your Team Leader, and liaising with colleagues at all times
- Average of 40 hours per week, - Monday 08:00 - 18:00 - Tuesday 09:00 - 18:00 Thursday 09:00 - 18:00 - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 every other Sunday 09:00 - 15:00.
