We are looking for an individual that can provide authoritative leadership, direction, guidance, and services with regards to project management in support of Project and Operational teams in their execution of projects managed across the Business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate strategic activities with relevant peers/stakeholder groups across the business
- Ensure that effective governance and project management good practice is in place across areas of accountability
- Ensure that effective portfolio management is implemented within the Expleo Engineering sector and manage progression of opportunities through identification, bid development, launch and execution
- Responsible for ensuring effective governance at appropriate levels and managing review of significant projects as required
- Promotion of the general culture and professionalism of project management throughout the business, including professional growth of individuals and the overall PM function
- Depending on the PMO model may own, recruit and resource the business with required PM resource, deploying the agreed resource pool and managing this within the agreed corporate and business headcount
- Being an authority in relation to portfolio, programme and project management and maintaining that status by continuing professional development and networking with like professionals across the business within wider industry and within professional bodies
- Proactive improvement of project management processes and performance in line with company management processes.

- Externally recognised as an expert in project management
- Specialist functional/technical experience e.g. portfolio, scheduling, earned value management, risk management - using appropriate tools/systems

- Experience in, and knowledge of the wider project management processes and understanding of project / programme / portfolio management integration
- Can clearly demonstrate previous experience of project management and how it has influenced project outcome/delivery
