**6 x Full-Time Family Support Workers**
**Positions are available at the following Family Centres;**
**Epsom & Ewell, Runnymede, Surrey Heath, Tandridge and Waverley**
**37 hours per week - Starting Salary £27,300**

If you have answered **YES** to the above questions, you may just be the person we are looking for.
You will be required to:
- Support families with complex and multiple needs
- Hold a caseload of 12 to 15 families
- Advocate for children and ensure their voices are heard and that their lived experiences lead the focused work
- Facilitate evidence-based group work programmes and courses
- You will be based at one of the named Family Centres and will be required to travel throughout the borough.
As Barnardo's Family Centres we have supportive and inclusive teams. We are a fully funded service, commissioned by Surrey County Council, to deliver their Early Help Programme to families with 0-19 aged children.
