Looking for a dedicated Family Support Worker to join our team providing early intervention and family support services.
As a front line service, we cater to the needs of children, young people, and families dealing with parenting challenges during crises.
- Seeking individuals who are motivated, creative, and open to collaborating with various partner agencies, children, and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaboration with colleagues in children's social care and external agencies is a key aspect of this role.
- Expected to offer diverse home support to the community, understanding and addressing issues such as safeguarding, mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence.
- The primary objective is to enhance outcomes for children in family settings, making it an ideal opportunity for those experienced in child development, family support, and report writing.
