Senior Reservationist & Host

We are looking for a highly motivated professional, experienced, Restaurant Host to join our Front of House Team at The Mitre Hotel.

This is a very exciting time to join The Mitre Hotel, after a recent change of ownership the Hotel has just been through a multimillion-pound refurbishment.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for managing, delivering, and exceeding guest expectations, with proven experience in a similar role. This opportunity provides growth and amazing opportunities to join the UK’S newest award-winning Boutique Hotel Group.

You will:

- Have a natural warm and friendly manner
- Have a minimum of three years proven experience in a similar role working in a 5-star operation / restaurant/ hotel.
- Be able to work under pressure and have a natural ability for problem solving.
- Have a minimum of 1 year's experience using Open Table & Reslynx and or other similar Epos/booking systems, as well as a good grasp of Microsoft systems and have a good grasp of the English language.
- Have a genuine passion for offering standards of excellence to our guests
- Possess great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development
- The desire to work in a fast paced and energetic workplace
