**About the role**

As Content Designer, you’ll be responsible for all content across our digital services and for creating great digital experiences for our customers.

You’ll write clear, usable and accessible content in plain English. You’ll be responsible for continual improvement and optimisation of all content across NWL’s digital services.

Combining your knowledge of copywriting and content creation with your understanding of what makes a great customer experience, you’ll ensure that we’re delivering an unrivalled customer experience through our digital and offline content channels.

You’ll review content to make sure it's accurate, relevant, consistent, accessible and written in line with NWL style, and make sure appropriate content is shown to a user in the right place and in the best format.

You’ll join the Digital Customer Experience Team, which set the priorities and drive us towards our strategic objectives in digital customer experience. The remit of the team is to provide an unrivalled digital service to customers and to provide digital customer experience leadership across the business.

**About you**

We’re looking for someone who has proven experience in editing, authoring, and managing the copy / content for digital products and/or services, ideally with a customer service focus, and experience of writing in Plain English.

You’ll have proven experience of using web content management systems (CMS) and can demonstrate a solid track record of content creation and customer focused, instructional and customer service writing for digital services.

It’s a given that you’ll have outstanding written communication skills, with experience of working effectively with stakeholders across multiple departments and the ability to turn complex concepts into easily understood written instructions and guidance.

You’ll have proven experience collaborating effectively with colleagues, customers and external partners to identify customer needs and pain points in order to provide effective copy to delight our customers.
