Compass Children’s Homes are recruiting for support workers to join the existing team in a 4 bedded home for children with learning disabilities based in a rural location close to Kidderminster, Worcester and Bridgnorth.

You will be working as part of a team in a beautifully set therapeutic home with its own school and outdoor activities.

You will be working as a support worker as well as giving support as a Teaching Assistant in the classroom setting, offering support and guidance to the young people all the time building relationships and acting as a positive role model in the lives of the young people.

With our structured pay-scales and clear career progression paths, we can support you with the training and experience to develop into a Senior Residential Support Worker, Deputy Manager or Residential Manager. - **Earn up to £28,060.80 (O.T.E, inclusive of £50 per sleep ins)** We used structured pay grades, so salary is based on your training and experience so that you are always paid fairly.
