Residential Support Worker

OneCall24 is a permanent and temporary staffing recruitment agency, we specialise in providing permanent and temporary staff to a variety of different Healthcare establishments, including Care homes for the elderly and adults who suffer from learning disabilities and/ or mental health, Nursing homes, NHS & Private hospitals, as well as Children residential services and schools for children that have Learning disabilities and Challenging behaviour.
We are actively working on behalf of our client, a large group which specialises in Children's residential services and who have over 50 homes across the country, of which 92% have been rated "Good" or "Outstanding".
Our client is currently on the look out for a Residential Support Worker in a 6 bed LD (Learning Disability) children's home in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
The requirements for this position are detailed below;
- Full UK Driver's licence
- Level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare/Children and Young People Workforce is desirable but not an requirement.
The contracted hours/ working pattern will consist of the following;
- 40 hours per week
- Occasional need to cover sleeps
- Mixture of full days or multiple half days
Pay: £26,208.00-£26,874.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Residential Childcare and working alongside young people: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- L3 Residential Childcare/ Children & Young People workforce (preferred)
