The Lost Estate (TLE) seeks an experienced and outstanding Welcome Team to be an integral part of our guests journey in our immersive dining experience.

Working as a team of 3, our Hosts will be responsible for welcoming audience members on arrival before checking their tickets, supervising the cloakroom and delivering a passionate ‘in-world’ introduction that will leave our guests excited and primed for their evening ahead.

As part of our team of Hosts you will manage VIP check-in desk duties, accurately record allergens and dietary requirements, troubleshoot ticketing issues, sales and upgrades whilst building excitement and rapport. You will be a helpful contact during the show, assisting audience movement in the foyer, seating latecomers and attending to lavatory facilities.

In general providing a seamless beginning to the immersive experience and creating a safe and confident space.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Welcoming guests into the building in a timely and professional manner
- Manage allergens and dietaries on arrival and communicate that information effectively to the show running and kitchen teams
- Monitor a smooth operation for a busy customer cloakroom
- Sensitively manage different ticket types and their needs (from Classic diners to VIP guests)
- Assist the show running team in the safe management of latecomers and audience members who need to vacate the restaurant floor.
- Manage the merchandise and photography experience stands on exit.
- Ensure a friendly end to the evening managing the exit experience.
- Responsible for the general cleanliness and presentation of the toilet facilities and liasing with duty management where needed.

**Role Requirements**

**Essential**
- Comfortable with a fast paced and high-pressure environment, whilst delivering a high level of customer service with 250 guests arriving through our door each show.
- Excellent communication skills with an engaging and welcoming nature and a strong sense of efficiency.
- Strong sense of initiative with an ability to work independently.
- Investment in the company’s journey, values and passion to grow an inspiring work culture.
- A high level of Technological literacy
- To be able to encompass TLE’s vision - that Hospitality and Arts experiences can change lives.
- 1 year’s experience as a hospitality host.
- FSA Allergen trained

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
