**The role**
You will join the Specialist Technical team, predominantly providing dedicated post production software support to students studying on the Media Production suite of programmes. By working closely with the academic team you will be required to have a constant overview and maintain the specialist environments and equipment within the facility. You will also be expected to oversee key aspects of supported open learning and in lesson support as directed by the academic team, engaging with students to help facilitate their learning. You will deliver technical demonstrations and provide one to one guidance for students using your knowledge and experience.
**Required skills and experience**
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and has the following key skills:
Knowledge and experience of Post Production workflows
Proficient in Adobe Premiere
Knowledge and experience of Avid is desirable
**Working pattern**
We are seeking someone looking for a part time opportunity, working 4 days a week.
