We are looking for a highly organised Admin Assistant/ PA to Director to support a busy office. You will be able to work well independently, understanding the needs of the business whilst maintaining a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Due to the location of our office, own transport is a must.**

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Managing Director with ad-hoc secretarial support, as required.
- In charge of the social media accounts and marketing.
- Answering and directing telephone calls.
- General administrative duties.
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed.

**Preferred Skills**
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of towns/ areas in Hampshire (to support diary management).
- Effective IT skills including MS Office and the aptitude to learn new technology.
- Ability to self-motivate and work well under pressure.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to forward-think to ensure smooth business operations.
- Interest in personal development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Experience in arboriculture / tree works is not required, as full training will be provided.

Salary Starting from £21,500 to be reviewed after probation period.
