**ROLE**:
Reporting to the Stock Supervisor you will be required to assist in the efficient, accurate movement and location of stock in the Warehouse. Completing stock takes and supporting the warehouse stock control and its levels.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Accountable for adhering to operational procedures and safe systems of work to ensure efficient and accurate movement of product within the operation.

**TASKS/RESPONSIBILITES**:
**Operational**:

- Plan optimized use of storage space by effectively allocating stock within the Warehouse environment.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy in stock audits and aisle audits.
- Ensure efficient ‘sighting’ of stock.
- Assist to ensure efficient rotation and condensing of stock into appropriate locations.
- Assist with investigations of stock anomalies.
- Assist in stock returns and customer returns procedures.
- Assist in the booking of stock onto CAMEO.
- Assist in the issue of credit notes to customers.
- Update CAMEO with Stock Movement, Adjustments and Errors file.
- Ensure goods received into the Warehouse are checked off as complete and correct to manifest, with any discrepancies noted clearly and signed for by both parties on relevant paperwork.

Ensure that company policy and procedures are adhered to.
Ensure the appropriate responses are made in a timely fashion to requests / instructions from Management.
Report any faulty equipment / machinery to the management team immediately.
Carry out any reasonable request / tasks as deemed necessary by the management team.
Read, understand, and action all points in the employee handbook as they become relevant.
Inform the manager immediately of anything suspicious, unusual or contradictory to the proper running of the center.
- Ensure relevant policies and procedures are followed to enable compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the aspects of responsibility under the control of this role.
- Support of internal and external audit activities as required.

**Customer**:

- Ensure Customer Collections from Site are dealt with promptly, politely, and efficiently.
- Ensure any returned goods are processed promptly and efficiently
- Ensure customers are dealt with in a manner that portrays a professional image.
- Ensure the work area is cleaned and maintained such that it always portrays a professional image.

**People**:

- Communicate in a civil and effective manner with colleagues, customers, and management.Act in a responsible and professional manner always.

Respect other team members and assist when required.
Inform the management team of any training requirements needed to fulfill your role.
Always ensure a high standard of personal presentation including wearing correct company uniform.
To be an active team player committed to achieving success.

**Health & Safety**:

- Comply with all company Health & Safety procedures and following all necessary safe working practices.
- Take responsibility for housekeeping.
- Carry out hazard spotting on an ongoing basis and inform management of any possible Health & Safety issues.
- Comply with the accident reporting process.
- Always wear/use appropriate PPE whilst completing all tasks.

**QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS**:

- Forklift licence, counterbalance or reach truck
- Full UK Driving Licence
